After a narrow escape from the literal disintegration of the Elemental Chaos, the party crashes back into Union City, only to find the world has moved on without them. Two days have been lost to the planes, and the news is grim: the city of Rosendom has fallen, now a dark bastion for the enemy. With the "Zombie Witch" Maeonora rising in the Northeast and reality itself beginning to fray, Lex, Jewel, and Suri must establish a new home base.
