This mix is from my Argie Bargy Cartel show for House Nation Live which streams live on FB alternating Mondays to the regular Pressure show.
This weeks show was always gonna be vinyl, I just didn't which vinyl. I landed on early 2000's because that's before the regular podcast started so there isn't much stuff from me back then.
Truth is I was making regular mixes and had a big stack of tapes. However my silly ass gave most of them away to a guy in Africa while on holiday there. He had never heard house music and I'll never forget his face as he was hearing the tunes for the first time. So I gave them to him thinking I would make them again when I got back to the UK. Yeah I know that was never gonna happen! So it's nice to have something recorded from that era as the music was excellent.
FB threw me off again of course, that's now standard. Good to see all the new streaming DJs getting the same treatment otherwise I would go mental.
Some crackers on this mix which ranges from 2000 to 2002. Hopefully they evoke great memories for you too.
Given everyone is working from home these days it would be great to see you in the chatrooms for Pressure or Argie Bargy.
