A word of encouragement can fill you with hope. Within each of us is a deep desire to be known. In the dark watches of the night, most of us, if we’re honest, will wonder – how will my life go? But a word of encouragement is not enough. We need TRUTH with our encouragement. Being encouraged in your natural person is not lasting, it won’t sustain you. Being encouraged in WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST. And WHO you can BECOME in Christ is an encouragement that will take you all the way across the finish line.

In this concluding message of the series the question is asked, “How do I know what Gifts God has given me?”  Simple answers are offered in an attempt to demystify this. This is the followed by an overview of the Spiritual Gifts in 1 Corinthians 12 – 14, with particular emphasis on the encouraging and building nature of Prophecy.
