David Kenly interviews members of Concerned Citizens for Responsible Land Use, a north of Sebastopol, ad hoc group of neighbors who share a common concern that the proposed Best Family Winery project will degrade the environment and quality of life in their rural residential neighborhood if the two lots are allowed to be used for commercial purposes through implementation of a variance to Sonoma County's General Plan. The issues at hand affect not only their neighborhood, but the belief by all within Sonoma County that their General Plan provides reliability to everyone's planning interests.
