Discussion with John Hooper of the Bohemian Redwoods Rescue Club, discusses why he is in agreement with a public opinion editorial, published in the Press-Democrat (of Santa Rosa, California), on February 22, 2010, and written by Jay Halcomb and Dan Kerbein of the Sierra Club. The article flatly states that the Nonindustrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP), approved on December 27, 2009, by the California Department of Forestry (CALFIRE), is flawed in many ways, and that the approval process has failed both public and environment.
