Discussion with John Hooper of the Bohemian Redwoods Rescue Club's and the Sierra Club's Writ of Mandamus, filed in January, 2010, against the California Department of Forestry (CALFIRE). In this interview, John discusses the several Causes of Action that make up the Writ, clarifying why the plaintiffs are concerned that the nonindustrial timber management plan, proposed for the Bohemian Grove, is contrary to both public and environmental insterest.
