God Sees... God Provides {Pastor Notes}

Genesis 16 is where we take our story for today. God has a plan that includes Abram and Sarai
and it is all about how He works the plan.

Of course as humans we are very equipped to mess things up and so it was with this situation.

Hagar is simply following the wishes of her owners. As a servant she was bound to do what
she was told. She has a child with Abram and is named Ishmael and by his name he is trouble from the start.
Hagar has an encounter with an angel and names God at that moment “El-Roi”... God sees

But God does fulfill His promise and Sarah has a child and they name him Issac and with him
the nations of the world are numbered.

God tempts Abraham to make sure of his loyalty and obedience to His word.
He take Issac and offers him as a sacrifice to God on an altar. God sees the action and stays
his hand.

Abraham calls the place “Jehovah-Jiereh”... God sees and provides.
As we learn from todays message... God is always watching and He does see us even when
we are in our biggest messes.

Trust His eyes to see you and learn to allow His hand to guide you!
