We all had the experience of seeing something, receiving a message during a ceremony and do not know understanding it. 

Our mind cannot help but look for a meaning. It often looks for a meaning outside of us, from others or maybe even on google...and then create a whole story on that artificial imposed meaning, sometimes taking important decisions like starting a new path and studies based on a forced interpretation. 

So how can we understand what the medicine is telling us? What would be a more effective way to understand what is the message.

We often find ourselves looking for meaning and purpose. Knowing where we're going is so important to us.

Although, there is so much confusion about what is life purpose. If we check in an English dictionary confusion will get to us: purpose is a goal, and a goal is a purpose, with a scope and an aim and so on...the dictionary use hose words as synonyms. 

In coaching we assigned a specific, clear definition to purpose so that we can understand what we are looking exactly and have it support us to create the life we want.
