LM CAD treatment needs sophisticated decision-making. Recent clinical practice standards guide clinicians; however, treating individual individuals might be tough. Anatomy and physiology determine LM CAD manifestations. Recognizing the complexity of LM CAD, which rarely occurs alone and sometimes with multivessel disease, a treatment protocol using medical therapy alone or in combination with PCI or CABG is proposed. It is best to have a strategy for the heart team that takes into account clinical, procedural, operator, and institutional factors and uses collaborative decision-making to meet the needs and clinical situations of each patient.
