Caddo Lake is a mysterious wetland straddling Texas and Louisiana, where ancient cypress trees draped in Spanish moss create a labyrinthine maze of murky waterways. According to legend, those burdened by guilt who venture onto its dark waters risk being transformed by the lake into monstrous Caddo Critters, eternally hunting for new victims to join their ranks beneath the surface.
