As the Ibiza summer season quickly approaches, renovations are happening thick and fast here in San Antonio and across the White Isle as we eagerly await your return to our little island. At Café Mambo, we’re no exception with only 2 months left before we open our doors again here on the iconic Sunset Strip.

Until then Ryan McDermott is back once again with his handpicked Hottest tracks of the month. This month’s music includes new tracks from ANOTR, Cristoph, Nolek, Prunk, Mr. Belt & Wezol, to name a few plus a special Mambo Memory courtesy of DJ Falcon & Thomas Bangalter.

Also featured on this month’s show are the legendary Deep Dish, serving up 30 minutes of their favourite tracks as they join us for the Café Mambo guest mix. Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer duo “Dubfire” and Sharam, known as Deep Dish, built a celebrated legacy based on innovation.

After their breakthrough remix of De’Lacy’s “Hideaway” in 1995, Deep Dish became highly sought-after remixers and won a Grammy Award for “Best Remixed Recording” in 2002 for their remix of Dido’s “Thank You.”

With their latest reunion, both “Flashdance” and the sequel single “Say Hello” have been reworked for modern dancefloors. And with plenty of new music on the way in 2025, it seems Deep Dish have no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
