Cafecito Break

"Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway." Earl Nightingale

When the world feels dark and you feel all alone and scared,  remember, we all have a spiritual posse that you can call on. Keep holding on to your dreams, don't stop working toward it, have faith, you might be closer than you think.  Things that help are connecting and seeking out your soul tribe, faith, and being gentle with yourself.

RA reflects that this time of year is inspiring her to go inside, slow down, and do the netflix and chill thang.

At the same time,  she also suggests using this slowing down to dive into your inner space.  How do we use this time wisely? How do we create our home environment to feel more nourishing and feel and be private? Listen here for more.

Whether we acknowledge it or not, we are all living with silent witnesses.

Many women I know are feeling this way...  Some of them are speaking up about the toxicities of modern feminism and they get shamed, ousted, outed, canceled, and shut down.  - RA

You are invited to listen here to a vulnerable and honest reflection from RA's point of view. Thank you for holding space.  May this open the door to conversations and changes that will plant seeds and bear healthy fruit.

Sometimes We Focus on the Wrong Details...  RA

Topics include urgent messages from the ancestors and tuning into the energy of now.

These times... are not encouraging people to be honest and truthful.  They are encouraging the insane and compressing the sane.

It feels like upside down world.

In times of chaos when one is unclear, It is important to go within... and sometimes it’s necessary to listen to the wisdom of your circle of trust. Not the people who are always going to tell you what you want to hear, but those who will share what is right.
