Rosangel and Ruthie talk about the constant repetition of messages in the media, how this has the potential to impact what people believe, how watching TV puts a person in an unfocused relaxed alpha state where information can be easily suggested and ingested. We also talk about a Harvard Study that shows how Trump is being covered in the media, as well as Alex Jones taping Megyn Kelly and the war of words between media, politics, and people.

“There is something about words. In expert hands, manipulated deftly, they take you prisoner. Wind themselves around your limbs like spider silk, and when you are so enthralled you cannot move, they pierce your skin, enter your blood, numb your thoughts. Inside you they work their magic.” ― Diane Setterfield, The Thirteenth Tale

We each need to take a stand for our TRUTH, whatever the challenges up ahead may be we shall tap into our inner strength, divine wisdom, intuition... knowing that we are on the Righteous side of History."
