hey besties, I have come to the realization that being there for yourself is very important as you are growing up and experiencing more moments alone to think what step to take next in life. As someone who wants to be available for friends and family, it may seem and feel selfish to put myself first but that does not need to be the case. If people around you truly love you and want the best for you, they will understand when you have to stay in to get through whatever you need to get through. Being overwhelmed and frustrated because plans are not resulting the way you hoped does not have to become a negative train if events. Take failures and beginnings openly to learn lessons and build patience to get to the bigger picture you have in mind, and not everyone will see that.
Hey y'all!! Finally back on track with a refreshed mind, and taking on the new year with new goals and a clearer mind. Hope this helps you in some sort of way to understand to take on challenges but be patient with yourself and do it for yourself. It can be difficult to set goals for the new year, so make sure to make realistic goals and if you do not get them done by a certain time or don't see the process you expect, don't take it as you're not doing enough, rather be proud and happy that you are making some progress rather than none. I love y'all!!
hey y'all, I've been stumped for the past two weeks. just wanted to vent a bit about a depressive episode and how I'm feeling. hopefully this can help you feel like you are not alone with what you are struggling & hope my small tips at the end can help get yourself off your mind from thinking a lot. go outside and enjoy the fresh air and let the sun absorb into your skin to get a grounding feeling to live in the present moment. as annoying as it can sound... I promise things will get better!

Angel talks about his friends and how he has become friends with just about everyone he has met. He talks about appreciating and loving his friends more now that he is becoming an adult. A part of becoming an adult is everyone has their own life so now it's difficult to catch up and hangout with friends. He talks about how to cherish the moments we are still able to have and how to even continue a friendship after high school.
