While the pandemic rapidly sweeps across the nation, it leaves behind a trail of mental health issues. Quarantine, the loss of employment, the reduction of salaries and the disruption to our usual activities, routines and livelihood has led to an increase in loneliness, depression, harmful alcohol & drug use, self-harm and suicidal behaviour.
