Likefolio’s Landon Swan notes Carvana’s (CVNA) extraordinary run over the past few years despite a recent dip in the stock. He notes that it is handily beating rival CarMax (KMX) in web visits and notes that it has figured out how to “double the margins” per vehicle compared to other auto retailers. “They focused on getting it right on a per-unit basis and then scaling from there.” However, he notes that some analysts are raising red flags about their finances.
