Aimee started making her contemporary confections during the pandemic, and today, she’s part of the new generation of creatives reimagining what cake looks and tastes like. While her inspirations might be old school—everything from ballet to Baroque architecture to foraged produce—Aimee’s use of Instagram and TikTok to build community and find customers is quite modern.
