This world is a simulation of stimuli. Our mind is able to manifest ways to stimulate Us Intellectually, Spiritually, Emotionally or Physically by the thoughts We give power to. We are able to perceive Our thoughts therefore We are separate of Our minds. Our body is effected by the simulation that is this world and is receptive to stimuli outside of Us therefore is not truly Us either but a vehicle for the true Us.

They cant do much for you if they neglect themselves.
