Dr. Castro is the eighth chancellor of the California State University system and the first person of color to serve in this role. The California Student Aid Commission is one of the largest and most generous financial aid operations in the country. On this episode of the California Community Colleges podcast, Chancellor Eloy Ortiz Oakley is joined by California Student Aid Commission’s Executive Director, Marlene Garcia, to discuss the results from the spring 2020 COVID-19 Student Survey.
