Californians hoping to get up to two-thousand dollars toward a new electric bicycle were disappointed last night after the state delayed the rollout of its popular e-bike voucher program.

With recent concerns that President Trump could pull 4-billion dollars in state funding, there is a renewed push to get High Speed Rail back on track. The service would connect San Francisco and Los Angeles with a three hour trip.
