He shares his frustration with the process of how the traffic signal improvements lacked a right-turn pocket for eastbound Cherry Valley Blvd. to eastbound Interstate 10, the ridiculous amount of time it takes to process a change to add the turn lane, and whether or not it is a good use of time and resources which might take focus away from a much bigger project that will make this interchange serviceable now and in the future.

City Manager Will Kolbow discusses some background on community services in Calimesa as well as what the City is doing to increase its efforts in this area. He also previews the upcoming City Council meeting.
