In this podcast segment, I’m going to detail on the further pros of having a sales job and the further pros of having a hourly job, and the main concept of the more communication in each type of job especially sales jobs the better it is it’s going to be for the individual. So the more communication established within the sales job can create more confidence and translate into better results over time. And similar results happen in an hourly job as well, allowing more flow happen in a work environment.
