What is going on in the Catholic Church and how does it connect with convents?

Going back to school and teaching school = life is hectic!

The Turning: The Sisters Who Left is a podcast that looks into the Missionary of Charity and the abuses that happened there. Here is my take on what I have listened to so far.

Canceling the truth about abuse in religious life is not going to make the problem go away. 

Many ideas regarding the habit are too black and white and often miss the mark. Sisters in habit are not necessarily "good" while Sisters out of habit are not particularly "bad."

Listen as we discuss ways to report abuse to authorities. We will also look into why reporting can be helpful to us and others.
