Cassidy Hansen is currently a public liaison and policy analyst for the city of West Jordan, Utah. Cassidy joins the podcast to talk about working for the Utah Independent Redistricting Commission, and what it is like working as a communication professional for state and local government.

Dr. Diana Zulli is an assistant professor of public relations and political communication in the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University. She joins the podcast to talk about political conversations within families, social media, and political thirst traps, among other musings.

Angie Muhs joins Calling All Communicators to discuss her passion for journalism and healthcare communication. Currently, Angie is the manager of strategic communications for Memorial Health Systems in Illinois. Before that, Angie worked as the executive editor for the Portland Press Herald in Portland, Maine and for the State-Journal Register in Springfield, Illinois. 

Welcome to Calling All Communicators, a podcast where industry professionals and academics discuss all things communication. We are a mother-son duo who both work and research in the field of communication. Cindy is a veteran of the communication field having worked in the industry for over 25 years in journalism, corporate and non-profit communications, and marketing. Zack is a PhD student who studies political and interpersonal communication and has taught numerous university classes such as public speaking, and interpersonal and small group communication. The podcast will introduce listeners to industry professionals and academics from across the communication discipline. Our goal is to present approachable and interesting information about communication that can be used in everyday life.
