Ever wondered what happened to dogs that work in the military or civilian enforcement work? Think they all go to great homes with their handlers? Not so and this Thursday's podcast will be talking about this. I have Bob Bryant, Co-Founder of Mission K9 on with me to talk about this. Mission K9 has been helping rescue these working dogs that have not gone to live with their handlers and often times are left with no homes. So join us to hea about this tragedy that happens to some of these dogs and what you can do to help.

I am really happy to have Jane and Stevie on with me to talk about Stevie's condition, cerebellar hypoplasia. This disease affects the motor skills of the animal or person but is not painful. Jane will be filling us in on this and how she came to be Stevie's Mom. I also just found out interestingly enough that the Bisbee Shelter, a local shelter, has some cats with cerebellar hypoplasia up for adoption.
