Practice your pitch in the mirror, with a friend or even on your customers. Know your option levels and secondary options. Know your prices inside and out. Learn how to deal with objections and complaints. Read books about selling and be confident in your abilities to do an amazing job. Sales is a skill that anyone can learn. HOW TO SECURE AND ENSURE AN ENDLESS STREAM OF DETAILING CUSTOMERS, with David Elliott from Calling All Detailers. Given you have been in business for a while, have a positive customer fanbase and an organized system to contact people...you can/ should be contacting your previous customers once a week to once per month. You should be letting them know about your latest offers, discounts and any new services offered. Ask them for referrals and introductions to their friends and family. If you do these things on a regular basis, act like you genuinely care about their cars, then you should have a steady stream of old and new customers. Using Social media, posting great content and getting positive feedback videos also helps a lot. Posting before/ during and after pictures and videos also help bring in customers.
