I had the honour of sitting down with the beautiful soul that is, Franks Martin - she is a multi-talented, honest and kind person, who is passionate about inspiring other women to rise up.
I've had the pleasure of experiencing her yoga classes for a few years now and absolutely love her two self-published poetry books "Alchemy" & "Anatomy".
This conversation sat close to my heart and I got pretty emotional towards the end.

Franks Martin is a poet, author and yoga teacher living in Melbourne Australia. Originally from the UK, she is a passionate wholehearted word weaver and believer in creativity and self expression as tools of empowerment. Franks’ intention in all that she does is to create space to feel - whether this is through poetry, movement, spoken word or within creativity workshops.
