From there, I dive into how control systems operate by keeping people in lower emotional frequencies—through stress, fear, nervous system dysregulation, and constant emotional triggering. When people stay stuck in those lower states, they remain disconnected from their power and their ability to consciously shape their reality.
But the solution is simpler than people think.
The real shift happens when we learn to regulate our nervous system, process the emotions stored in our bodies, and intentionally choose higher-frequency emotional states like courage, connection, gratitude, and love.
