God's purpose for creating all things and man was so that He would have a people to love and that would love Him. His plan from the beginning was to give His ultimate creation a way back to Him. He was and has been faithful to His own cause from day one. Our mission is to be faithful to that same cause of bringing souls back to Him.

The Lord gives us exceeding great and precious promises throughout his word.

Most contracts that we sign have in small print the terms and conditions that are associated with it. Yet many people do not ready this small print. The same holds true with the promises of God. If we violate the terms and conditions, we may violate the contract.

At the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington, Virginia, when the guards are changing post, the guard being relieved will tell the on-coming guard that their orders or unchanged or that they remain. Today, our orders have remained unchanged from what Jesus gave the apostles.

Core Values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. They are the guiding principles that dictate ones behavior. During this month in our class, we will discuss the Core Values of this church and how they should impact our lives.

No man knows the day or the hour of the coming of the Lord. As well, we do not fully know the plans and purposes that He has for our lives. His plan is being revealed in us as we walk with Him in and by the faith and trust that He knows what He is doing with, in and through us. We are to cast our cares on Him and trust the plan and walk as he daily directs and orders our steps. Our destiny is completely in his control.
