An alternate title for the magnificat could be "Mary's Song of Thanksgiving". In middle-eastern culture, Mary would have shared in the honor given to Jesus, as his mother. Yet she displays humility and love toward her family, as she stays with Elizabeth to help her and Zechariah. Pastor Josh finishes with a reminder to study scripture, that it may pervade our being and bring fruit!

As he lived inside of his mother Mary before his birth, Christ now, through faith, lives inside of us. And like Mary, we should be blown away by this fact!

Antichrist is opposed to the Great Commission, and as such, he's against filling the world with people. In the millennial kingdom, God's people will be fruitful and multiply!

As hard as life can be, God is using it to prepare us for leadership in the life to come, to transform us into the image of Christ. Our current suffering is nothing compared to the glory that's coming!

Be ready, and know that Jesus is coming soon! We must prepare ourselves. When he returns, he wants to see us with our hands to the plow, doing his work! Get busy for the Lord, and stay in tune with the Spirit.
