Most believers look forward to the "Far better" experience of being "present with the lord" after death. Paul had three choices re. his own death, surprisingly, his preference was better than the "far better" one he described to the Corinthians. His surprising preference teaches us why "this mortal [body] must put on immortality" and the importance of our humanity to God. This amazing truth should encourage us to treat our bodies better than mot of us do "because we are worth it."
