Having explained some of the ways in which the Holy Spirit manifests Himself through believers, the Apostle Paul proceeds to reveal the magnificent truth of the "organic" nature of "The Incredible Body of Christ" in and through which these "Gracious expressions of the Holy Spirit" are dynamically manifested for the spiritual growth and edification of the entire body.

Having explained how the Corinthians were to observe the Lord's Supper, the Apostle Paul, in response to a specific request from them, now proceeds to do the same with regards to the use of spiritual gifts within the assembly. It's truly amazing and reaffirming regarding the inspiration and authenticity of the Word of God to see just how eternally relevant it is - even to our modern 21st. century church. This morning's message continues with the detailed exposition of the gifts described in verses 8-11 of chapter 12.
