SERMON: "The Shepherd's Ministry" from Acts 20:17–35.

In this text, Paul gives a farewell address to the Ephesian elders. He offers himself as an example of what a faithful shepherd is and does. He then gives them an exhortation to care well for God's flock as faithful shepherds.

In this sermon, Pastor Andrew reminds us of the responsibility to courageously and tirelessly care for the flock of God.

Due to a power outage on Sunday morning, we were unable to broadcast or record the sermon. However, by the Lord's providence, Pastor Andrew had planned to conclude our sermon series on whole-life worship with a sermon he preached in 2020 at his previous church. So, we've decided to upload the original recording here.

In this sermon, Pastor Andrew gives five reasons from Scripture why singing is an indispensable part of whole-life worship. He also answers six common objections people may offer in order to avoid obeying the biblical command to sing.

The main idea: seeing who Jesus really is leads to joyful proclamation.

In this text, Paul is eager to see the Corinthians demonstrate their repentance by generously giving to bless the church in Jerusalem. His primary concern is their hearts. He wants them to be generous because they are overwhelmed with God's kindness toward them in His Son Jesus Christ.

In this sermon, Pastor Andrew examines the concept of grace-fueled generosity. We look together at the motivations for grace-fueled generosity, the call to grace-fueled generosity, and the blessings of grace-fueled generosity.

In this text, Paul offers the first practical application of his command to offer your body as a "living sacrifice" to God. We obey by serving humbly in the context of the Christian community.

In this text, Jesus reveals His power and holiness to Simon Peter and a few other disciples through a miraculous catch of fish. Peter's response teaches us a lot about what true worship looks like.

In this sermon, Pastor Andrew helps us see that worship involves surrender and submission. When we see Jesus clearly—who He is and what He has done—the right response is to fall at His feet in worship and to submit our whole lives to Him as His disciples.
