As we close our study in 2 Thessalonians, we'll examine Paul's prayer for God's protection for these believers, and his desire that the Word of God would spread and have impact.

We conclude our study in the book of Genesis by examining Jacob's parting prophecies regarding his sons, as well as Joseph's own prophetic farewell.

Having explained the these 1st century believers that they need not fear that they had entered the Day of the Lord, the Apostle Paul now encourages them not only to not fear, but to stand fast in the knowledge that they are accepted and beloved.

Following his revelation of his true identity to his brothers, Joseph now sends for his father Jacob to come with their family to dwell in the land of Goshen in Egypt.

There will come a day when the Lord returns to set things right here on earth. But, as we'll see in 2 Thessalonians 2, there will be a number of things that will precede His coming. We'll learn what those things are in this study.
