When you're faced with circumstances that rock your seemingly well-ordered world, you begin to realize what really matters. Today, Pastor Richard wants to encourage you, that God doesn't allow these things to happen to destroy you. Sometimes, we forget that His perspective is an eternal one, and He wants us to gain His perspective. When we do that, we can rejoice in the trial with the expectation of receiving His promise.

So many people ask the question, “What am I supposed to be doing for the LORD? What am I called to do?” Stop and ask yourself, “What do I enjoy and where has the LORD gifted me?” As we just heard from Pastor Bryan, this is probably the exact way that God is calling you to serve Him. Maybe it's time to connect with someone at your church and find out where you can serve the LORD with the gifts and talents that you've been given.

In today's message Pastor Richard reminds you of this foundational Truth, God loves you. You can't earn His love. He is love. A love that would die for you, when you couldn't care less about Him! That kind of love, when you receive it, will cause you to fall in love with Him. And when you are assured of His love, you can stand, and press on, no matter what the world, the flesh, and the devil throws at you.

One of the easiest ways that the enemy wins against us is when we agree with the fiery darts that he hurls at us. He is constantly trying to condemn us. Those awful thoughts about yourself didn't originate from you...they came from the enemy of your soul. Pastor Bryan will help you identify and combat that questioning voice that causes you to question your position in Christ. By faith, your position in Christ is 100% secure.

Life can be hard. Sometimes you feel like you're swimming upstream. Today, Pastor Richard encourages you to press on in your faith in Jesus Christ, despite the obstacles. The Bible teaches you, that in your weakness Christ is made strong, and that His grace is sufficient for you. When you humble yourself to His sovereignty in your life, He gives more grace to walk pleasingly before Him, by faith.
