The Disciple receive the Holy Spirit and Peter is encouraged to continue the ministry Jesus started.

Pilot was blind to the Truth standing before him. Very much like a lot of people searching for truth, but with a worldly perspective.

Prior to knowing Jesus, we were haters of the Gospel, but once we are adopted by His grace, we become lovers of the Gospel. As Christians we should only love, never hate.

Jesus doesn’t promise the absents from storms, but peace IN the storms if we will look to Him.

Fruit can not grow unless it is attached to the vine. In like manner, Christians can't grow unless attached to Jesus.

Jesus uses the analogy of a grape vine bearing fruit to how we need to abide in Jesus so we too can bear fruit and be painfully, but wonderfully pruned.

Jesus is the Truth the life and the way. He said it and when Christian's reiterate it to the world we aren't being narrow-minded, we're just being consistent.
