After the family of Israel moved to Egypt, Jacob blessed his children and then died. Joseph assured his worried brothers that he forgave them and would care for them. Joseph also told them to not bury him in Canan when all Israel returned there.

Matthew 18 tells there is unique and extraordinary power when believers gather for true prayer. It’s important to understand and do these principles of agreement in prayer.

Jacob llevó todo lo que tenía y toda su familia a Egipto, dejando nada atrás. Cuando llegó, se encontró que todas las cosas se habían preparado para él y su familia. Este fue un paso importante en el plan desplegado de Dios y una imagen del plan de Dios para nosotros.

Jacob brought everything he had and all of his family to Egypt, leaving nothing behind. When he arrived he found that all things had been prepared for him and his family. This was an important step in God's unfolding picture of God's plan for us.

To pray like Jesus means to pray that God will strengthen and help those around me, just as Jesus prays for Peter that he would not be sifted like wheat.
