Calvary Chapel Tri Valley

Pastor Brian Daly continues this study into the book of Exodus with this sub-series titled “Worship Is…”

All we can do is appoint, it is God who anoints us. We need to pray that God will anoint everything in our life. The same power that rose Jesus from the grave lives in us! We are called to be set apart, to be used for God’s glory. Let us give Jesus the building permit of our hearts.

Accept today God’s free gift of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Seek Him while He can still be found. His evidence is all around us. If you have questions, need someone to talk to or would just like to say hi, contact us.

Prayer is the greatest privilege we have. Our prayers change the environment all around us and in us. We have to pray, to ask, seek and knock, we have not because we ask not. Sometimes prayer is a persistent season. Know that God hears your prayers because it is on the basis of atonement of sins. Jesus has us on His prayer list so be strong and of good courage. Know also that the prayers of a righteous man avails much.

Accept today God’s free gift of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Seek Him while He can still be found. If you have questions, need someone to talk to or would just like to say hi, contact us.

Pastor Brian Daly continues this study into the book of Exodus with this sub-series titled ‘Worship Is…’

This chapter is the pinnacle of the book of Exodus. Here are 4 key points:

1. God needs to wash us, baptize us, cleanse us as white as snow.

2. God needs to clothe us in righteousness.

3. God needs to anoint us.

4. God needs to consecrate us.

The wages of sin is death. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. Jesus is the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. Christians, we have been born for this time, this season. Let us pick up our cross and follow Him tuning out the noise and distractions of this world.

Accept today God’s free gift of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Seek Him while He can still be found. There is not a lack of evidence. If you have questions, need someone to talk to or would just like to say hi, contact us.

Clothes change the outside but not the inside. Only through a transformation, Philippians 1:6, can we be clothed in Jesus Christ. We have to be found in Him. Saved. Forgiven. Born again. Put yourself in service and God will direct you because God calls us. We are not self appointed.

In this transformational season we are in it is harder and that makes it more important. The Lord is our light and salvation so who shall we fear?

Every word in this chapter is God speaking. This is all God’s heart, plan, will and design. Worship is costly! Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin and Jesus paid the price. Heaven’s Royal blood purchased righteousness. The text describes one entrance into the tabernacle, the narrow gate. Fill us with that fine pure oil, forgive us, empty us and refill us with Your Holy Spirit. Do not let our lampstands go out!

This is a chapter of great details.

Delicate Curtain

Durable Covering

Design Construction

Dividing Cloth

All designed to protect and cover precisely and intricately. Let the awe of the details cause us to worship. Let us not sew up what Jesus Christ has already torn. Let God’s attributes invite us to worship.

How beautiful it is that mercy has to triumph over judgement. Without mercy, no one is saved. It truly is amazing grace. The splendor of holiness. God we pray that you will overwhelm us with your Spirit. You are the God of now. Today an tomorrow is in Your hands.

Worship: Is anything we do that lifts the name of God and deepens our relationship with Jesus. At the end of our worship, we want to have God’s vision and compassion. No matter what the season, or our prayer, in His perfect way, in His perfect will, we will see Him.

Accept today God’s free gift of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Seek Him while He can still be found. There is not a lack of evidence. If you have questions, need someone to talk to or just want to say hi, contact us.

The covenant agreement from God continues. God’s words recorded. Blessings if you abide, and a promise, that He will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

(20-23) The promise of God’s presence means everything.

(24-28) Obedience is the pathway to blessing. Blessings are not always material possessions.

(29-31) Little by little, eventually, becomes a lot. God needs to teach and train us, so this will obviously take some time.

(32-33) No compromise. It is a snare. You know what it is before you engage. You knew what it was before you picked it up.

What is keeping us from spiritual obedience? Where are we compromising? Let us all pause and take an honest look at our own spiritual walk.

Accept today God’s free gift of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Seek Him while He can still be found. There is not a lack of evidence. If you have questions, need someone to talk to or just would like to say hi, contact us.
