What form does submission take? To your work (employer)? To your husband? But do you submit to Jesus in what He is calling you to do? Have you become humble before the Lord? Clothe yourself with humility and submit to Jesus!

Paul told the Ephesians to put off things they were "wearing". They were 1) Lying, 2) Sin, 3) Stealing, 4) Corrupt actions, and 5) Unforgiveness -> Bitterness->Evilspeaking->Malice.

In this letter passage Paul tells us our testimonies: who we were, what God has done for us, and who we are now. He cites five main points in doing this. He states we were:

* Without Christ (w/o the saving that comes with faith in Jesus),

* Aliens from the 'polis' or city of believers,

* Strangers from the covenant of promise,

* With no hope, and

* Without God in the world!

Take some time to ponder these points and ask yourself where you are with your testimony.
