The Lord is attempting to breathe air into the life of a few believers in the church because there is still hope. It takes just a few of a small minority to stand up for the Lord and His church.

Joshua was God's chosen leader for the nation of Israel. He served God faithfully for the most part. He did allow for compromise among the people. The result was that the nation was weakened. We need to learn the importance of obedience to God, if we are saved.

Because God imparts life through His Word, even hurting Christians should continue to receive the ministry of the word with meekness.
