Philippians 2 gives us one of the clearest pictures of Jesus in the New Testament. Jesus does not cling to status or use his power for himself. He humbles himself, serves others, and gives his life away. His example reshapes our vision of leadership, success, and maturity.

In 1 Corinthians 15, Paul explains that the resurrection stands at the center of Christian hope. Jesus has defeated death, and his victory changes the way we face suffering, grief, work, and the future. Because resurrection is real, our lives are filled with purpose and hope. Romans 14 addresses a question every family, church, and community eventually faces: how do we live together when we disagree? Paul does not tell Christians to abandon their convictions. He teaches them how to hold their convictions without judging, dismissing, or despising one another.

Acts 7 and 9 introduce us to one of the most surprising transformations in the Bible. Saul begins as an enemy of the church, but an encounter with Jesus redirects his entire life. His story reminds us that grace can reach people we have given up on and change parts of us we thought would never change.

Kyle Osland teaches through Matthew 26–27 and brings us to the center of the Christian story. Jesus willingly goes to the cross, bearing the cost of human sin and revealing the extraordinary love of God. The cross shows us that grace is free to us, but it was never cheap.

The disciples want a triumphant Messiah, but Jesus tells them that he is going to Jerusalem to suffer and die. The cross is not an interruption of his mission; it is central to it. Jesus reveals a kingdom shaped by sacrificial love rather than self-protection.

Jesus tells the story of a persistent widow because he knows how easy it is to become discouraged. Prayer does not force a reluctant God to care. It teaches us to keep trusting the God who already hears us, even when the answer seems delayed.

Matthew 4 shows us that temptation often begins with a subtle question: do you really trust God? Jesus refuses every shortcut offered to him because he knows who he is and trusts the Father completely. The passage teaches us how a secure identity protects us when pressure comes.
