The magnificence and importance of the gospel allows us to willingly set aside our rights for the greater reward of Jesus.

There is freedom for Christians to have different perspectives and views in the nonessentials of faith and practice. In those cases, our love for other Christians is more important than being right.

Each Christian can serve God in whatever situation assigned to him or her. Striving with contentment is possible because Jesus showed us what trusting the Lord’s assignment looks like.

Singleness is a high calling for some that points to the ultimate marriage that awaits every Christian.

Paul gives practical instructions to Christians in different types of marriages. We are empowered to obey because we have a faithful husband, Jesus Christ, who pursues us and reconciles us to God.

The Bible’s view of sexuality in marriage is as radically counter-cultural in the 21st century as it was in the 1st century. And it is very good.

The world (and often the church) sets the goal of sexuality far too low. Far from being ashamed of the topic, Christians should celebrate the better story of sex that leads us to God. 

Proclaiming the gospel message is used by the Holy Spirit to highlight the power of God in our salvation.  This unifies the church by giving the glory to God and giving his people confident assurance.

Our response to the crucifixion and resurrection reveals where we find our security. True safety is only found by surrendering in faith to the crucified and risen Jesus.
