Jesus teaches us what prayer should look like: Prayer isn't an option, it's an expectation. Its purpose isn't to be seen by men, but to be heard by God. It isn't just saying words, but sharing your heart. We pray not to a distant god, but a loving Father. It isn't about manipulating God, but seeking his will. We pray not from a posture of entitlement, but seeking God's gracious provision.
