Summer is here, and while we love the lazy days without strict schedules that come with it, it's still important to keep a "rhythm"....especially if you have children at home.

Think about it for a moment.  Your child has been on a predictable school schedule for 9 months.  They are used to knowing what is coming up next.  It provides safety and security.
