The kids are home from school, but your business doesn't get a summer break.  How are you supposed to balance it all, pay attention to the children, and work your business as usual?  It's a trick I've learned over the last decade called "PRIORITIZING ENERGY".

Summer is here, and while we love the lazy days without strict schedules that come with it, it's still important to keep a "rhythm"....especially if you have children at home.

Think about it for a moment.  Your child has been on a predictable school schedule for 9 months.  They are used to knowing what is coming up next.  It provides safety and security. 

Without having a flow and rhythm of their day, your child may pester you constantly with questions and requests, which sometimes could lead to acting out in their behavior.  If you are going through a change in schedule within your home, listen to this short "snapshot" to learn how important a rhythm is for yourself and your family.
