Josh Buchanan is a former Army Infantry officer who made the transition from military to business in 2010.  Josh started his business career with the Reynolds Group in Jacksonville, IL and earned his MBA while working with Reynolds.  He was selected to be a part of a CEO focus group, and due to that opportunity, he was promoted to a Business Development role in Charlotte, NC.

He does a great job of explaining the importance of job satisfaction in a manufacturing career.  He also talks about being patient in your career and remembering that it’s not so much where you start, but the track record you develop that creates opportunities in the future.
