In this episode I talk about how we should stop waisting our breath and live more life. We need to stop the endless scroll, and focus on those actually around us. We all have things to say, not only the people on IG have the answers that your looking for, your friends and family know things as well. Breath Wisely.

Consistency...Consistency is hard for everyone. But I have found a Master who is the best there is when it comes to consistency, and that would be Jesus. He is consistent in everything he does, from loving us, to keeping his promises. I don't know if Jesus ever worked out or not, but I always imagined him to be this humble buff guy with a six pack. Him getting up in the morning and getting after it while all his disciples were still asleep. Wether he did or not he is consistent in everything he does. To be consistent, be consistent in taking everything to him, talk with him daily, be consistent with him and he will help you be consistent in everything else.
