In this episode I am joined by Cam Main who shares his journey to becoming an IRONMAN Champion. We talk through his transition from Taekwondo into triathlon, the challenges of moving from junior to senior racing, and what ultimately led him to commit to long-course racing. We also touch on life beyond triathlon and the meaningful work Cam is doing as Chairman of Abbies Sparkle Foundation, a charity founded in memory of his sister that supports children affected by cancer.
