Be the best you can be and then be better. Focus on what your day lacks and fix it. See what your day needs and add it. I challenge you to do almost everything that makes you feel scared or uncomfortable. Evaluate what you're doing and what the people that you want to be are doing. It's hard work, exactly, very hard work but you can do it. Surprisingly the beginning is the hardest, just like get a 457 jet off the ground. Once you're in the air things can be put into cruise control and you enjoy the benefits of your labors.
