We welcome in special guests, the band Run With It. They’re stopping by to hang out and debut some new music, talk about upcoming shows, and preview a big community fest happening just down the road a bit from KC, Camp Leavenworth on September 20 and 21.

They’ll also be your pre-game entertainment out at Arrowhead this Sunday, playing the Ford Tailgate District in the parking lot before the game. And they’re also on deck to headline the Blue Springs Fall Fun Fest on Friday, Sept 20.

Tune in and hear selections from Run With It’s catalog, as well as the stories behind the songs. Also on the show, we’ll hear from other acts playing Camp Leavenworth including Emma Jo, The Champagne, Starhaven Rounders, and Exit 13. But before we get to all of that on the show today at 6PM, we’ll announce the lineup for Apocalypse Meow. Meow is an annual event for the Midwest Music Foundation and this year marks the 17th year of this live-giving and live-saving fundraiser concert. MMF is a non-profit organization supporting music and empowering musicians. The annual event is on Saturday, November 2 at recordBar.
