Students on University campuses faced many challenges during the past 18 months. The Baptist Collegiate Ministries focused on face to face ministry that has made a lasting impact. Steven Johnston, Campus Minister at UT Chattanooga shares the successes of ministering to students and faculty on campus.

Chaplaincy has been forced to adapt to meet the needs of patience and families during these difficult times. Chaplains has seen a growing need to provide counseling hospital staff as well. Dr. Smith shares the need for pastors to reach out, even more, to comfort those in need in hospitals.

Pastors of Small church and bi-vocational pastors may have had the more difficult struggles during the Pandemic then most. Dr. Joe Wright the Executive Director of the Bi-vocational and Small Church Leadership Network shares how building relationships, equipping and encouraging pastors can help them sustain as well as flourish these difficult times.

Churches in small communities have face similar struggles and adaptations as churches in large cities during these difficult times in our country. Scott White is the associate pastor at Central Baptist Church in Crossville TN shares a similar story that most pastor have faced and continues to face.

"Our Family Tree" is a method in which students can start a Gospel conversation with others. Wes Ford is the Youth Pastor as Redbank Baptist church in Chattanooga Tennessee. Wes and his wife Holly, share with us their passion to disciple their students and to teach them to share their faith.

Singers and Bands across the country have had to adapt to prepare for events. Ryan John and his band shares how they continue to lead worship during summer camps in spite of unusual times in our country. But their focus of leading others in the presents of the Lord continues.

The local church continues to produce future church leaders through their youth ministry.
